1. Scope & Ownership: This Privacy Policy governs the data practices of GetVibeDraft, an application fully owned, operated, and powered by Goodzylla Worldwide. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent user experience.
2. Information We Collect: GetVibeDraft does not require traditional account creation or email registration for general operations. To manage limits seamlessly, we use your browser's localStorage to store an anonymous, isolated usage token and credit count. No invasive tracking scripts are placed on your machine.
3. AI Text Data Sub-Processing: The text descriptions, prompts, and keywords you submit to generate captions are transmitted via secure, industry-standard TLS encryption directly to our artificial intelligence API sub-processors (including OpenAI). These prompts are processed in transient memory solely to deliver your outputs. Your input data is never sold, cached, stored long-term, or utilized for training machine learning models.
4. Payment Processing Security: All economic transactions, subscription life-cycles, and credit card processing functions are managed externally and securely by Stripe, Inc. Neither GetVibeDraft nor Goodzylla Worldwide collects, views, or retains credit card numbers, CVVs, or structural bank information on our personal architecture.
5. Data Subject Rights: Since credit allocations are tied entirely to your localized device storage data, clearing your browser's cache or storage mechanics will permanently eliminate local credits. For any corporate, administrative, or privacy-related questions, contact us natively at contact@getvibedraft.com.
Terms of Service
1. Legal Binding Contract: By using, installing, or interacting with GetVibeDraft, you explicitly agree to these legally binding Terms of Service managed by Goodzylla Worldwide. If you disagree with any part of these protocols, you must instantly discontinue application access.
2. Conditional License & Usage Rules: Goodzylla Worldwide grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to utilize the application for individual or commercial caption workflow. You are strictly prohibited from utilizing our AI mechanisms to generate structural hate speech, defamatory material, copyright-infringing content, illegal threats, or automated systemic abuse. Breach of this protocol will lead to an immediate ban.
3. Billing Framework: Premium credit systems are charged strictly in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly cycle, or via a designated flat fee for Lifetime packages. You can modify or dissolve active recurring structures at your own discretion via the centralized Stripe Customer Portal link found in the footer.
4. Absolute Non-Refundable Nature: Due to immediate structural server compute constraints and GPU allocation overhead costs incurred instantly during AI inference cycles, all fiscal transactions are final. Refunds will not be processed once credit allocations are partially or completely expended, except in verified corporate cases of accidental double-billing handled exclusively at our discretion.
5. Total Disclaimer of Warranties: GetVibeDraft is provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" foundation. Goodzylla Worldwide makes no express or implied assertions regarding the factual correctness, social media compliance, algorithmic shadow-ban avoidance, or conversion metrics of the AI-generated copy. The operator assumes 100% liability for published text.
6. Structural Limitation of Liability: To the absolute maximum threshold permitted by applicable law, Goodzylla Worldwide, its directors, and entities shall not be held liable for any loss of social media accounts, audience engagement metrics, potential advertising losses, or indirect financial damages arising from the use of this application.
